Question: 1993 infinti g20 running hot but has radiator fluid
has fluid but running hot. not leaking fluid at all. but goes all the way up onthe temp

Did you change the fluid? There is an "air bleed" near the water pump that has to be pulled to allow the coolant system in that car to fill correctly.
If you did nothing, and this just started, you may have a head gasket leak. On that car it is possible for the gasket to fail at the cylinder wall, and there will be no indication of oil in the coolant, or, coolant in the oil.
If you cannot figure this out quickly, get profesional help. I didn't and my 93 G20 is now rusting in a junk yard in florida. Started with overheating, blew the head gasket and then warped the head. I fooled myself into thinking everything was fine after replacing the radiator and the water pump, when the real problem is that gasket failing. It actually isn't a gasket, just RTV and it fails around 120-150K. Good luck.

If you have coolant, and are retaining that coolant, yet your engine is still running hot then the coolant is not being circulated.
That means either 1.) The thermostat is not opening (it opens at a pre-set temp to allow coolant to circulate through the engine), or 2.) The thermostat is opening, but the water pump is not pumping the coolant through the engine.
I have seen it where a thermostat has "caged" from old age, where it will no longer open and close.
I'd suggest replacing the thermostat first. If that doesn't fix your problem, then your water pump is bad.
